Scope of Services
JobSnips provides professional resume writing and career document services tailored to the client’s professional background and job search goals.
Depending on the selected package, services may include:
• Professional resume writing
• Cover letter development
• Thank-you letter creation
• LinkedIn profile optimization
• LinkedIn banner design
• ATS compatibility formatting
• Resume revisions within the revision window
• Job Posting Service/Digital Resume Distribution
• Consultation and document refinement
Full-service details for each package are available on the JobSnips website and may also be referenced within the invoice description and confirmed by the service responder/provider. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the package description before proceeding with payment. If clarification is needed, the client should contact the service provider prior to completing the purchase.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and effective document development, the client agrees to:

Chargeback and Payment Disputes

• They agree to the revision-based satisfaction policy rather than refunds
If any concerns arise regarding the service, the client agrees to contact JobSnips directly to resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. JobSnips maintains records of:

These records may be used to respond to any payment disputes.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional writing services and the time, research, and customization involved, all sales are considered final once work or documents have been delivered.

By completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that refunds are not provided once the service has commenced or deliverables have been provided.
Unauthorized Payment Claims
The client agrees that payment must only be made using a payment method they are authorized to use.
Payments submitted through Stripe or other payment processors represent confirmation that the cardholder authorized the transaction.
Unauthorized payment claims after service delivery may be disputed using transaction records and client communications.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery of completed documents constitutes fulfillment of the service. Delivery may include:

Once documents have been delivered electronically, the service is considered completed.
Intellectual Property
