If any concerns arise, the client agrees to contact JobSnips directly before initiating a payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. JobSnips maintains complete records of invoice details, service descriptions, client communications, and delivery confirmations — all of which may be used to respond to any payment disputes.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional writing services and the research, time, and customization involved, all sales are considered final once work or documents have been delivered.
